Job Description: The ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the smooth operation of the system, supports end-users, manages access and permissions, and handles routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with ServiceNow support as needed.
• Create and manage scheduled jobs, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct routine platform maintenance and upgrades.

Required Skills
