Salesforce/ServiceNow QA Tester

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesforce/ServiceNow QA Tester to join our team in a hybrid role, splitting time between remote work and on-site client collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex test programs, processes, and systems to assess product functionality and integrity.
• Develop test processes and procedures.
• Evaluate product reliability through written test protocols and assessments of performance standards and specifications.
• Analyze test data and evaluate results to determine if product designs and architecture meet customer expectations.
• Develop complex test simulations to evaluate product reactions under various conditions and assess product failure for integrity and reliability.
• Debug complex test hardware and software.
• Analyze test cases and scenarios, reporting results.
• Collaborate with engineering groups to enhance or upgrade product performance.
• Provide work leadership for lower-level practitioners (may be required).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, math, or related field, or 10 years of comparable work experience.
• Ability to work remotely and occasional travel as needed.
• 5+ years of experience as a QA tester or similar role, with a strong track record of identifying, building test cases, and test strategies for complex solutions involving ServiceNow or Salesforce Applications.
• Experience with manual and/or automation testing tools.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship requiring a background check.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
