TS/SCI Service Now Developer

DSA is seeking a highly skilled TS/SCI Service Now Developer to support a customer in Charlottesville VA. This position is required to work onsite at the NGIC will be responsible to determine and implement solutions for new features, capabilities, and tools integrations with ServiceNow to address key system requirements for the mission. You will follow best practices to configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management. You will develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow. Requirements include:

• BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Requisite experience may be substituted for a degree.
• TS//SCI Clearance
• DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification
• At least five years of experience in information technology with specific focus on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST API, MySQL, Linux
• Strong understanding and work experience in Web services, SOAP, email
• Strong understanding of ITIL v4/Agile processes
• Experience with ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems
• Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining software solutions.
• Knowledge of helpdesk and change control industry and related business management applications.
• Significant experience with ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Incident/problem, Asset Management, Reporting and Configuration
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrated interest in continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including senior level management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate independently, or collaboratively across multiple functional areas.

Desired qualifications are:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
• ITIL v4/ Agile certification
• Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
