ServiceNow Application Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform's architecture and capabilities, as well as experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated workflows to improve process efficiency
• Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow integrations and workflows

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM
• Ability to design and implement automated workflows using scripting languages like JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Azure)
