Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using ServiceNow App Engine Studio, including Flow Designer and Action Designer. You will also work on REST/SOAP Integrations (API - Inbound/Outbound integrations) in ServiceNow, interfacing with external systems, and creating database connections. Additionally, you will be responsible for invoking/integrating with external workflows, including Bot Queues and Salesforce.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience working in ServiceNow App Engine Studio, including Flow Designer and Action Designer. They will also have expertise in REST/SOAP Integrations (API - Inbound/Outbound integrations) in ServiceNow and experience creating interfaces with external systems, database connections, and invoking/integrating with external workflows. Additionally, they will have experience working in ServiceNow Order Management modules for Telecommunications workflow scenarios, such as Order Management - Catalog driven workflows, Self-Service workflows, and eBonding. Experience configuring product/service catalog with ServiceNow and working with Agile-based delivery is also required. Strong self-starters who can deliver with minimal input are ideal candidates for this role.
