ServiceNow Developer Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules while developing and deploying scoped applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ITSM and CMDB support, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Develop, configure, and enhance scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and customize ServiceNow components, including Service Portal pages, workflows, client scripts, business rules, and script includes.
• Implement best practices for CMDB data integrity and ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform stability and provide troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including ITSM and CMDB support.
• 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and workflow design.
• 1+ years of experience developing scoped applications and customizing the Service Portal.
• 6+ months of exposure to ITIL practices and ITSM processes.
• 1+ years of knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices for maintaining data integrity.
