ServiceNow Developer with Fortune 500 Bank

A ServiceNow Developer position is available at Modis, working with a Fortune 500 banking client.

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team for this contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify high complexity computer programs.
• Participate in application architecture functions: Estimating and defining time-tables, cost, and project tasks.
• Recommend solutions to improve business focusing on core architecture, technology strategies, and standards.
• Guide others through change impact analysis.
• Establish, refine, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed.
• Create and recommend improvements to unit, test plans, and testing processes based on organizational needs.
• Collaborate closely with teams in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Design basic and detailed program specifications ensuring expected application performance levels.
• Guide technical staff and business partners to solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems.

Required Skills/Experience:

• ServiceNow development experience: Minimum of 5 years.
• Development and implementation experience within ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and AngularJS skills.
• Ability to create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Extensive knowledge in Advanced Work Assignment module and Service Portal architecture.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and customizing ServiceNow.
