Technical Lead - ServiceNow

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team that designs, develops, and supports ServiceNow implementations. You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions using ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to enable computer applications.
• Work from specifications drawn up by software developers or other individuals.
• Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
• At least 4-8 years of professional experience or 2-6 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
• At least 10-12 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
• At least 8 years of ServiceNow development experience. Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
• Knowledge of ITIL foundation or ITIL certification. Benefits
