DevOps Engineer for ServiceNow ITOM Solutions

Servicenow ITOM Solution Development:

We seek an experienced ServiceNow ITOM developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient and effective ITOM solutions that align with industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors and Event rules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, including those from top vendors.
• Use OOB plugins and API methods to automate alerts and application management tools.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing ITOM solutions.
• Strong understanding of MID Server management principles and practices.
• Ability to integrate 3rd party software with ServiceNow Design Studio.

Certifications and Training:

• CompTIA Security+
• ITIL Foundation Certification
