ServiceNow Development Manager Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow development manager to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation. They will be responsible for overseeing development activities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead the technical team in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Oversee development activities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external applications and cloud environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
