Platform Developer - ServiceNow

About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in the configuration and development of the ServiceNow platform. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for transforming business requirements into functional solutions, working closely with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system integrations
• Ensure seamless code promotion between environments, adhering to change management processes
• Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure high-quality solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in SPM
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and global working environments
• ServiceNow certification and excellent communication skills
