ESM Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM developer lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in development, including creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools.
• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in development, including creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM modules and their integration with various enterprise monitoring tools.
• Ability to design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.
