ITSM and ITOM Specialist with ServiceNow Expertise

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage ServiceNow user management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard
• Design and automate ServiceNow workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems
• Apply ServiceNow updates and patches
• Validate security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards
• Maintain OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and updates
• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management
• Design and maintain ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
• Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Years of IT related experience
• Strong background in ServiceNow platform administration and customization
• Experience with ServiceNow user management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard
• Ability to design and automate ServiceNow workflows
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
• Knowledge of STIGs and other DOD standards for security posture validation
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management
• Ability to design and maintain ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
• Experience with ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario
