- Develop and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow.
- Catalogue assets and services efficiently.
- Utilize JavaScript to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
- Collaborate in Agile development environments.
- Bonus points for experience in Sec Ops, GRC, PA, ITBM, or ITOM.
- Coordinate system upgrades to the latest ServiceNow version.
- Servicenow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus.
