ServiceNow Administrator Lead

Avenu Holdings LLC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow administrator to join our team. As a ServiceNow administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our ServiceNow instance, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications. Your expertise in SNOW Discovery functionality and Configuration Management processes will be essential in managing Discovery functionality, performance, and data validation of all discovered Configuration Items, as well as managing CMDB system health and data continuity.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and working experience in System Administration and Configuration of the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool. You will also be responsible for assisting with annual inventory audits and monitoring ITAM processes compliance.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a senior-level professional with expertise in developing technical requirements using a high degree of independence and technical expertise. You will work closely with customers to define business needs, develop requirements, design workflows, and translate them into the ServiceNow ITSM tool.

This position requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will also need to have experience with SNOW integrations, including establishing, maintaining, and enhancing future integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
