Senior ServiceNow Administrator

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled Servicenow Prod Support Specialist who has excellent communication skills. You will conduct regional stakeholder, monthly operational review, post implementation and planning meetings.

You will have Masters, Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, similar studies, or commensurate experience. Additionally, you will have 5+ years working with ServiceNow Platform, ITIL Processes, JavaScript.

You will have ServiceNow CMDB knowledge and experience in managing production and sub-production environments. Furthermore, you will have experience in developing procedures and scripts for monitoring and automation of manual processes.
