CMDB Administrator

About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled CMDB Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for administering our configuration data repository, ensuring accuracy and integrity of our CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer large-scale CMDB environments with multiple sources.
• Maintain CMDB data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track trends and drive improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes.
• Experience working in a process-driven organization with ITIL-aligned Service Management environment.
• Knowledge of inventory discovery tools and infrastructure management tools.
• 3+ years of experience in CMDB administration or related field.

Tech Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical skills with quality documentation and reporting capabilities.
