• *About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrations, and services.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through automation and advanced AI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Monitor and maintain the ServiceNow Platform, mid-servers, and integrations.
• *Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD.
• Experience with ITOM a plus.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
