Technical Lead for ServiceNow Development

Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Staff Software Engineer will serve as a technical lead responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will require strong technical leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the architecture, design, and delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Liaising with business partners, solution and product leads, business analysts, developers, scrum leads, project managers, and other platform stakeholders
• Applying sound architectural and design principles to devise innovative, reusable, reliable, and secure solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience working with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment
• 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture, design, development, implementation, and configuration experience
