ServiceNow Application Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management, and Cloud Management. They will also have advanced scripting skills in JavaScript and PowerShell, as well as experience with Azure ARM APIs and ServiceNow workflows.

The role will involve working closely with functional and admin teams to design, develop, and implement automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow. The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Develop advanced scripts using JavaScript and PowerShell

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred)
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (preferred)
