Role Overview:

This role requires a seasoned ServiceNow TSM and TSOM professional with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for the Telecommunications industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow TSM and TSOM solutions for telecom clients.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Develop and maintain detailed solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration designs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, particularly in the telecom domain
• Mentor and guide junior team members on ServiceNow TSM and TSOM implementations
• Ensure solution designs align with client's business objectives and industry standards
• Conduct regular technical reviews and quality assurance checks on deliverables
