Servicenow Architect - ITOM

ServiceNow Architect ITOM with event management

Location - Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least 3+ years in ITOM architecture and Event Management.

Proven experience in deploying ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service-centric operating models.

Expertise in integrating with third-party monitoring and alerting tools.

Hands-on knowledge of MID Server architecture and health troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead technical design workshops and create architecture documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM-mandatory

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Experience with AIOps, Cloud Management, or Orchestration

Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Background in DevOps or SRE practices is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
