As a Principal Technical Consultant at Crossfuze, you will provide expert guidance to our customers on modeling and automating processes in ServiceNow. This involves developing solutions for their ServiceNow environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement efforts in process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with key stakeholders.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow to enhance business processes.
- Assist customers in completing technical documentation, such as business requirement workbooks.
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer plans while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them.
- Guide and train customers' future system administrators throughout the engagement.
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, providing oversight and unit testing of partner resources development when necessary.
- Provide expertise on ServiceNow best practices focused on configuration vs. customization.
- Be an expert in ServiceNow platform capabilities, guiding project teams in scripting, workflows, and overall platform best practices.
- Develop customer-facing deliverables focused on technology and ensure the quality of configured/developed solutions.
- Juggle multiple complex projects/initiatives effectively.
- Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials.
- Support sales activities when required.
- Provide training and mentoring to other team members upon request. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
- 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.).
- A deep understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and refine the project backlog.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely and with remote resources as needed.
- Ability to understand and implement complex end-user requirements.
- Ability to effectively organize work across multiple projects. Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in four or more applications. Benefits
