ServiceNow Techno Functional Consultant

Our dynamic and global team is seeking a versatile ServiceNow Techno Functional Consultant with a solid background in ServiceNow technology. The successful candidate will be adaptable, able to excel in a complex environment that is fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative! As part of the Product Management team, ServiceNow Techno Functional Consultant brings strong product strategy and technical execution experience, focused on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Lead and facilitate the definition of product scope, goals and deliverables. Define KPIs and metrics. Help to prepare product management framework including strategic plan, OKR Framework and User Stories.
• License Management & ServiceNow: Track and manage software licenses via the ServiceNow portal. A thorough understanding of the ServiceNow tool is a must.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of software entitlement and deployment data to maintain accurate records and report findings to stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities by evaluating the data and collaborating with Product Leaders.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets, including details such as version, installation date, EOL and usage metrics. Demonstrate flexibility in navigating multiple tools to gather and relay these information
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of software assets, from acquisition to sunset, including renewals and recertifications. Demonstrate flexibility in navigating multiple tools like Coupa, KY3P etc.
• Maintenance of Product Roadmap – Work closely with Product Leaders to continuously update the roadmap and ensure all necessary changes are accurately captured
• Process Improvement: Continuously work with the team to enhance SAM processes, improving efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business goals.
• Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders, including IT, procurement, and finance teams, to ensure cohesive and strategic management of software assets.

Qualifications:

• Work in office 4 days a week.
• Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, tools, processes, with heavy focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), specifically Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), ITSM, and CMDB.
• Expert knowledge of Product Management discipline; including product backlog management, grooming and prioritization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with IT development staff on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Strong analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other business systems analysts, cross functional peers, and highly technical resources to drive projects successfully.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
