ServiceNow Implementation Expert

Job Summary

This role involves implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet client needs. Main Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, Service Portal) to meet client requirements.
• Design and develop tables, fields, forms, and access controls for seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop complex solutions using JavaScript to address client requirements.
• Built Scoped Applications using ServiceNow Studio to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Automate processes with Flow Designer and Workflow Engine to reduce manual errors and increase accuracy.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to facilitate data exchange and synchronization. Qualifications
• Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer.
• JavaScript scripting/coding experience.
• Active ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Agile development preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. About the Opportunity
