Technical Lead for ServiceNow Implementation

Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team as a Platform Development Manager - ServiceNow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead the implementation of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance capabilities, working closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements.

About the Role: As a Platform Development Manager - ServiceNow, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the ServiceNow platform for MUFG Bank, Ltd. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements, and will lead the implementation of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain runbooks for Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance
• Implement and support dashboards and reports
• Analyze existing security processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements
• Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement
• Engage in on-call support as needed
• Maintain adequate operational documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement
• 4+ years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Performance Analytics capabilities
• 4+ years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, PowerShell
• Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
