ServiceNow IT Expert

About the Role

This is a critical position within our Enterprise Applications Team, requiring a skilled professional who can manage requirements specific to ServiceNow systems and integrations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, eco-system, and best practices.

You will assist with design and implementation features that enable our ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and ITOM applications, working closely with business partners to identify new opportunities for expanding the use of ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

This role involves overseeing the execution of technical projects, ensuring seamless operations within our core application platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing requirements for ServiceNow systems and integrations
• Designing and implementing features that enable ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and ITOM applications
• Working with business partners to identify new opportunities for expanding the use of ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
• Oversight of technical project execution
• Ensuring seamless operations within core application platforms
