ServiceNow Applications Developer - Expert IT Solutions Specialist

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Applications Developer to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience in administering, customizing, and integrating it with external systems. About the Role

This position involves designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. As a ServiceNow Applications Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Administering and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
• Designing and developing workflows, forms, and reports using ServiceNow's built-in tools
• Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using web services and other technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and updates
• Validating security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards for OS and ServiceNOW application Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Years of IT-related experience with a strong background in ServiceNow administration and customization
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard
• Ability to design and maintain ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
