We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Service Portal Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing innovative solutions that drive exceptional outcomes for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding client stakeholders in developing customized ServiceNow Service Portals that meet their business requirements and user experience standards. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into functional portals and ensure that the portal interface is intuitive, responsive, and aligns with best practices.

You will leverage your knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform backend, select appropriate out-of-the-box widgets, and use the extensive set of ServiceNow APIs to provide the best possible solutions for client portals. Additionally, you will conduct thorough testing to validate performance, functionality, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.

This role requires strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS, as well as experience in designing and building custom widgets in ServiceNow. You should have a passion for leveraging ServiceNow to improve how people live and work, and enjoy defining and implementing solutions that simplify, enhance, extend, and empower people to love what they do.
