Servicenow IT Technical Lead

As a Servicenow IT Technical Lead, you will manage requirements specific to ServiceNow systems and integrations, ensuring seamless operations within our core application platforms.
You will assist with design and implementation features that enable our ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and ITOM applications, working closely with business partners to identify new opportunities for expanding the use of ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
This role involves oversight of technical project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the ServiceNow platform are properly configured and integrated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing requirements for ServiceNow systems and integrations
- Designing and implementing features that enable ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and ITOM applications
