ServiceNow Platform Expert

Overview ">

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including experience with AI and Virtual Agent, Next Experience Workspaces, Employee Center, Flow Designer, Playbooks and Integrations.

This role will involve working closely with other teams to deliver technical solutions on the Now platform.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities ">

• Design and develop new application modules, workflows, within the Now platform and integrations with external systems.
• Implement technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions on the Now platform.
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.

Requirements ">

• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform.
• BS or BA degree in Information Technology or Computer Science; related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and XML.
• ITIL Foundations v3, v4 preferred.
