Job Description We seek a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
• Participate in deploying features and ServiceNow releases
• Make recommendations and implement ServiceNow requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, data integrity, platform updates, new configurations, applications, and integrations
• Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations for improved performance, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Knowledge of automated test frameworks, including best practices, guidelines, processes, and tooling
• Proficient in using tools and methods for efficient product release management, sprints, and development cycles, applying automated CI/CD practices
