Freelance ServiceNow Expert – CSDM & Service Portfolio Management (SPM)

We're looking for a ServiceNow expert to support us on a flexible, freelance basis. This role can be done alongside your current job — but we are only considering professionals with hands-on experience in key ServiceNow areas.

Must-Have Experience

To qualify, you must have :

2 or more CMDB implementations

1 or more CSDM (Common Service Data Model) implementations

1 or more Service Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations

During the interview, you’ll be asked to clearly describe:

• Your exact role in each implementation
• Key decisions and challenges you handled
• Results and business impact of your work
