Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Manage ServiceNow ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog.
  • Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices based on ServiceNow's ITIL framework.
  • Drive integrations with third-party tools and systems through REST APIs and OOB ServiceNow connectors.
  • Oversee the administration and configuration of ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, CMDB, PPM, Knowledge, Discovery, and Asset Management.
  • Guide the team on best practices for coding and configuring in ServiceNow.
  • Take ownership of the development and customization of the platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow's cloud environment, including AWS/Azure, and assist with cloud infrastructure integration.
  • Ensure the solution aligns with the client's IT strategy, goals, and policies.
  • Lead efforts on system design, architecture, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and industry trends, and help implement new features and upgrades. Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, Service Catalog).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are mandatory.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with ServiceNow ITIL framework.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow module configuration, customization, and development.
  • Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs and other integrations (e.g., OOB ServiceNow connectors).
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, with certifications in either AWS or Azure preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Knowledge Management, PPM, Discovery, and Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of web services, scripting, and advanced ServiceNow development (e.g., business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and workflows).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills:
  • ServiceNow certifications in additional modules such as ITOM, ITBM, or ITAM.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure
