ServiceNow Application Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to develop and customize ServiceNow applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and integrations.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow instances to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
• Utilize JavaScript (client-side and server-side) and other scripting languages to automate tasks and enhance ServiceNow functionality.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow.

Key Skills:

• ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, SAM, HAM, and ITAM modules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 5-12 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
