ServiceNow Principal Technologist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Principal Developer, focusing on the ITOM Suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end automated solutions, maintaining high knowledge and customer service, and explaining the offerings available with ServiceNow ITOM Suite. Key Requirements

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in the ITOM Suite.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting.
• At least 6+ years of ServiceNow Development on ITOM.
• Experience with ITOM Suite, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Solid CMDB experience.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle.
• Exposure to virtual infrastructure like VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Windows or Linux/Unix Operating Systems.
• Insight into Networking concepts like Switches, Load Balancers, Subnets, and Firewalls.
• Background in software development or IT Service management.
• Effective communication skills via verbal and non-verbal methods.
• Problem-solving ability.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
