• Senior ServiceNow Analyst / Architect in startup/ hyper-growth environments
• With hands-on experience of ServiceNow Implementations of 3 or more of ITSM, ITBM and CSM
• Design, Architect, Develop and Implement ServiceNow Solutions
• Hands on Experience in Plan, Design and Review aspects of ServiceNow Solutions
• Good knowledge of various integrations in ServiceNow, preferred with hands on experience
• Hands on Experience in Creating, Maintaining and Distribution of HLD and LLD
• Hands on Experience on Agile and Scrum Methodologies
