ServiceNow Portal Developer Position

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and implement highly functional and user-friendly ServiceNow portals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and a deep understanding of best practices for developing Service Portals. Main Responsibilities:

• Portal Design & Development: Build and customize ServiceNow portals using Service Portal, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap frameworks.
• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions for ServiceNow portals.
• UI/UX Optimization: Enhance portal interfaces to deliver intuitive and visually appealing experiences.
• Widget Development: Create and maintain custom widgets for Service Portal to extend its functionality as per business needs.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow portals with third-party tools, platforms, or APIs as required.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to portal functionalities.
• Best Practices: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and development work.
• Collaboration: Partner with teams, including platform administrators, process owners, and ITSM/ITOM developers, to deliver seamless solutions.
