ServiceNow Developer/Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on developer with exceptional technical skills and great communication abilities. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation and support. They will also have experience as a lead developer and architect in ServiceNow projects, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs
• Deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions
• Provide training and support to clients and internal stakeholders
