Advanced ServiceNow Application Specialist

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow Service Portal. They will also configure and customize Employee Center, implement and enhance HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and develop and integrate ServiceNow REST/SOAP APIs.

In addition, they will optimize Ai Search, Now Mobile, and other ServiceNow knowledge management tools, enhance content management, knowledge base, and self-service functionalities, and provide 24x7 support, troubleshooting portal-related issues, and ensuring high availability.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-8 years of experience in ServiceNow Portal & Employee Center development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.
