Job Overview: About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented ServiceNow developer to join our team as a CMDB expert. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring that it accurately reflects our organization's IT assets and services. You will also develop and implement CMDB data models, relationships, and attributes to support business and IT requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop and implement CMDB data models, relationships, and attributes to support business and IT requirements.
• Establish and enforce CMDB data governance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
