ServiceNow Platform Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Strategist to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow system architecture.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Service Management and Service Assurance, with a strong understanding of business strategy and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring for design and implementation leads, and document best practices and procedures.
• Maintain detailed views of the existing architecture.
• Evaluate platform alignment with business strategy and provide consultative technical leadership.
• Develop architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements.
• Identify reuse opportunities and develop integration strategies between the Now Platform and other enterprise systems.

Requirements:

• Advanced technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and understanding of business strategy and governance practices.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas, and data modeling.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to establish relationships with stakeholders.
