Automation Test Engineer for ServiceNow Solutions

About the Role

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow solutions by designing and executing comprehensive test plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test objectives, creating a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement test plans and strategies for ServiceNow applications using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
• Design and create automated test cases using ATF, ensuring thorough coverage of functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results and report defects to development teams, working collaboratively to resolve issues. What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases.

Certifications and Education

Possession of relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and/or education in a related field, is a plus.
