Platform Strategist - IT Service Management

Job Overview:

This position requires an expert in ServiceNow architecture to lead the development and implementation of architectural plans and strategies for the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing architectural plans and strategies for the ServiceNow platform.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow integrations align with business goals.
• Collaborating with departments to ensure ServiceNow configuration and customizations meet their needs.
• Providing architectural recommendations for application lifecycles within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Leading technical analysis, design, development, and implementation support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinating all ServiceNow related development and configuration tasks.
• Evaluating ServiceNow platform performance and recommending necessary adjustments.
• Staying current on industry trends and technologies related to ServiceNow.
• Coordinating training and workshops for team members and stakeholders.
• Resolving system and software issues in a timely manner. Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, preferably managing ServiceNow platforms.
• Expert knowledge of ITIL processes and their application to solution architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to explain intricate technical details.
• Experience with ServiceNow solutions design, development, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic acumen.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in German is preferred but not mandatory.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification is a plus.
