We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-11 years of experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, ensuring that our processes are efficient and meet business needs. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Participate in the ServiceNow upgrade process, testing, and deployment of new functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and other developers on ServiceNow functionalities. Requirements
• 2-11 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and architecture.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customization.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow REST and SOAP web services for integration with third-party applications.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
