Job Description

As a ServiceNow Solution Designer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

You will lead the overall architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various third-party tools and systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead the overall architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure efficient configuration and customization of ServiceNow platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while optimizing performance.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and stakeholders on best practices. Mandatory Requirements
• Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with at least three of the following ServiceNow modules:
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Discovery
• Integrations
• Enterprise Procurement (Epro)
• Customer Service Management (CSM) Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in ITSM, ServiceNow architecture, and implementation.
• Experience in architecting and implementing complex solutions on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow features, functions, and platform capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.
