• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ServiceNow configurations, as well as providing expert-level support to clients.

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow configurations, including ITSM and SAM modules.
• Provide expert-level support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
