Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and administration of ServiceNow functionality in support of our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document business needs and create functional and technical specifications.
• Assess software releases and documentation to optimize upgrades, enhancements, and changes to applications.
• Lead quality assurance efforts for ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects.
• Stay current with software development technology advances to enable production support and incident resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including implementation of new modules/functionality.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborating with business clients and stakeholders to document business requirements.
