Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and experience in ServiceNow, with a strong background in JavaScript and web application development.
About the Role:
- Provide technical direction and serve as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Identify and mitigate development and technical risks through research, design ideas, ServiceNow best practices, and actual contributions to the development
- Design and update ServiceNow portal frontend components
- Work with clients to shape technical direction, provide an understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of various technical approaches
- Perform production deployment tasks in preparation for monthly releases
