We are looking for a Technical ServiceNow Specialist to join our team and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are implemented efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Develop strategies to improve the efficiency of implemented solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per year and opportunities for growth and professional development.
